CURRENTLY READING:

I haven't done a WWW post in a while oop... well here I am again with it.

I'm currently reading A Place in the Sun by R.S. Grey. I enjoy reading her books and this is one of her earlier books (2016, okay not THAT earlythat I haven't read yet. I'm still 12% in since I just finished another book. I don't really know what to expect of this but do far, there's been a lot of positive feedback for this book and my Goodreads mutuals do like it so I take that as a good sign.

I've been meaning to read more and more romance these days but I do admit, Spin the Dawn and The Storm Crow sound so good to pick up too. It's just that.. I'm afraid that while I'm into the book, I stall and lose interest, and not because of the story but because I haven't been feeling fantasy reads in a while.

RECENTLY READ:

I haven't updated Goodreads for this one yet but I'm giving this a 3 out of 5 stars rating. I did enjoy some aspects though I'd say this is an okay book. The trope wasn't all that new to me and it's a bit like the first book in the series. Just a bit. But this stands out on its own anyway and Ace (the kid in this book) was a precious bean so that was good.

I like Intercepted more though but AGAIN, Fumbled was okay too.. I just wasn't into it as much as the first book. I don't know if I want to continue the series though because I wasn't all that attached to the characters.

I thought about giving this a full review but I changed my mind the last minute.

TO-BE READ:

I don't know what to pick for my next read but I am eyeing The Locker Room though because it has been the longest one in my TBR compared the two.. This kind of struggle...

Ditching my July TBR now since it's the last day of the month.
I don't have any plans for an August TBR or even for the rest of the remaining months of 2019.

I'd just read whatever I feel like reading.
Maybe soon I'll be motivated to make a TBR again but for now, NOPE.

  2. I really enjoyed A Place In The Sun! I really want to read Intercepted and Fumbled. The Guy on the Right looks like a hilarious novel. When I first saw the cover, I thought it was an ad 😂

  5. I'd like to read Fumbled and Nina Hill at some point but neither of them is a burning need. The others are all new to me.
